ONLINE RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
• Replacement, Exchange or Refund policy is applicable only for the products which have technical issues within warranty period; Defective products and for the incorrect product delivered (if the product has not been used, includes all tags and in original undamaged packaging).
• Products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you received them; Any consumable product which has been used or installed; Products with tampered or missing serial numbers will NOT qualify for a refund.
• We encourage all customers to inspect their order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. • Product that are on Promotion, Deals, Sale, Discount, Stock Clearance Sale and Selling with Super Low Price Products doesn’t cover warranty/replacement/refund.
• We have a 10-Days Return Policy, which means that all customers are entitled to a Return Window of 10 Days, starting from the date of receiving the product.
• Credit/debit card – Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Depending on the payment method and issuing bank, this process could take anywhere between 7 to 10 business days, excluding bank holidays. In the case of return requests, the refund amount will not include the cost of delivery or return postage, or any import duties, if applicable.
• Cash/ Card payment upon delivery (COD) we will issue a refund to your wallet/bank transfer; within seven (7) business days and the cost of transfer will be supported by the end user.
RETURN , CANCELLATION REQUEST AND REFUND PROCESS
1. Check your item(s) qualifies for a return (see returns policy)
2. To be eligible for a refund, the return request must be initiated within the return window as mentioned above.
3. To start a return, refund or exchange request, you must contact us via email at email@example.com clearly mentioning the order number and the reason for returning the product. or by accessing your account with Maraya.
4. Your request will be reviewed within a 2 days standard response period and we will notify you via email of the results. Once request is accepted we will send you return instructions.
5. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
6. You may submit a request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please note that if the Order is already shipped or delivered we will not be able to approved the cancellation request.
